Fernando Pérez Algaba, a 41-year-old millionaire crypto influencer, was recently found dismembered in a suitcase in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The gruesome discovery was made by a group of children playing near a stream. Police have launched a murder investigation into the case .
Millionaire crypto influencer Algaba, nicknamed “Lechuga” (lettuce) by his friends, was an entrepreneur who started working at the age of 14 as a pizza delivery man. He once said, “I started with a bicycle and a box and I started selling sandwiches”. Eventually became involved in the buying and selling of assets and financial derivatives, as well as the sale of automobiles . He was also known for promoting luxury car rentals and investments in cryptocurrencies on his Instagram account, where he had almost a million followers .
Until early 2023, he lived in Miami, then traveled to Spain and finally returned to Argentina. In this country, his last business was an SRL that had its address in Morón and was dedicated to retail sales on the Internet, according to AFIP sources .
